The Alliance for Public Space Leadership (APSL) is a coalition of over 50 organizations dedicated to creating a public realm that builds economic vitality, supports connections between New Yorkers, addresses environmental concerns, and more. The Alliance was co-founded by New Yorkers for Parks and the Municipal Art Society to achieve equitable solutions and effective management of the city’s public spaces. 

The CfZWD is an active member of the Alliance, and as the premiere expert on waste in the coalition, we contribute critical insight on how to reduce, manage, and containerize waste in the public realm.
